IndiTab — mobile recharge done money deducted but recharge didn't happened

I have also done DTH recharge twice through inditab on 2nd dec 2019, payment ID is [protected] & [protected] and order ID is INDRC[protected] & INDRC[protected] for 500 rs. Each.
And seeing above complaints i can te this is fraud company.
If i don't get refund in a week time, i will make sure this company will get shut.
Be ensured as i am a lawyer and my father is head reporter in NDTV.

On the date of 22 Dec 19 at 8:39PM recharge done through inditab for my prepaid mobile Vodafone sim 297 Rs amount deducted but recharge not done.so, please credit my deduted amount in my account.

Inditab - payment successful, recharge failed and no refund.

I had attempted to recharge Reliance Jio mobile no.for an amount of Rs.199/- on 01/01/2020 through inditab portal. Though my account has been debited for the above amount and the same has been received by you, as per the Transaction status ( copied below), the recharge has not been done. The position has been confirmed with Reliance Jio also. A mail in the matter has also been sent on mail id: [protected]@inditab.com on the same day but there is no response so far.
It is, therefore, requested that the amount of Rs.199/-may be refunded by transferring the same to the bank a/c from where the amount was deducted.

Refer my complaint dated 26 Nov 2019. The amount Rs 208 .00 due to unsuccesable jeo recharge, has not been returned, / reserve back to my account till now after a lapeses of three and a half months. Kindly do the needfull to return / reserve backmy money so as to avoid further correspondance

The transaction is cut from my bank but recharge is not successful please refund my money back... Its a humble request to you... Please... There is a details of transaction in the pic please check and refund please...

Worst site.. amount is debited but not recharged... Same as amount also not credited after 24 hours
