My daughter, Ashmila K.K.ordered online with prepaid cash for Pampers, and notification came that the commodity reached your nearest delivery office, Perambra, but unable to deliver as lockdown in force. This was on 1.June 2020.But as your office was near to us, we directly contacted your delivery branch Perambra, they said the item has reached bere, but unable to find.They said we will reach you as soon as possible.After 4 days, today I myself contact your delivery branch Perambra, they first said it did'nt reach there, but when I show them the tracking data, they said it reach just yesterday, after that they said the item ordered was taken back by the authorities, for which we are not responsible.I firmly believe this is nothing but cheating of the costumers who paid for the item before delivery My order I.D is [protected].You may verify the date of the order, see the difficulties and financial losses you caused in respect to this order. The item we ordered from you was Pampers for our kid.You have to take responsibility for the financial and other difficulties caused by your irresponsible and cheating staffs who refused to deliver the item ordered by Ashmila K.K.even after reaching your delivery office Perambra.Whoever is responsible for this kind of behaviour must be punished and compensation must be paid to the customer.we expect you to behave properly,
