Activation and closing of NRO savings account
This has reference to my e-mail dated 15.10.2924 to Nodal Officer Delhi and his acknowledge of same date. Meanwhile, since a new requirement was raised by the branch that of TIN (Tax Payer Identification Number) and my letter to the Branch that submission of this document was not relevant and meant only further delay (already it has taken more than 3 months since the request was made to close the account).
Earlier requirements of the Branch have been met fully - whether it was considered a BLOCKED, INOPERATIVE or DORMANT account by them.
2. I had sent a copy of the Branch letter as well as my reply of 15 .10.2024 to Nodal Officer. I would like to know categorically if you agree with the branch for submission of TIN . It is a usual pattern at the branch that whenever asked about the compliance to our request, a new requirement (justified or not) is raised.

I had given advertisement in Magicbricka.com. my Property for Rent in free page. No enquiry recd for a week. Then Magicbricks team called me and motivated for paid service and ensured that they will fetch tenants at the earliest, and will after take photoshoot in a day or two. I had taken titanium package which include promotional offer, much costiler than Nobroker. ( Paid Rs 5600 inclusive of GST, GST Bills not yet recd ) Once payment made, even after one month, no photo shoot organiased, and no other promotional done so far. Very very poor response and no support from Magicbrick team. Recd tenant enquiry are all from fake tenants asking for the photos of the property and they will ask us to send images of the property. After that they will ask Gpay / any other payment app details for advance payment tranasfer without seeing the house, stating that they are working in central government and will be relocating to the city with in 10 days. Once we confirm the payment option, they will send a link and asking us to login and coordinate to send advance payment to their link, if we follow their advice, they will loot our money from our account. Luckily I got alert and eacaped.
I feel magic brick org is also a fake. After taking payment, their entire team will vanish. I strongly suggest to all, not to use Magic Brick for your property advertisement . Its waste of money and seems to be fake.

Car Battery was not working properly

It is stated that the battery was disturbing since last 3 months, and we went to the above dealer and they have checked the same and replace a old battery to check whether my car problem or battery problem. During this period car was not disturbing at all. After one week they charged my original battery and put into my car. After one month again I am facing same problem. I went to the agency, and agency directly denied that battery has no problem, we cannot change the battery. There was no way to purchase a new battery as the my original battery was not working properly. The battery was purchased on 12.11.2022 warranty period is for 36 months.
Therefore, it is my earnest request to look into the matter and solve the issue urgenly.

Housing Loan product sold to me on a lie
Below email sent to the bank employee handling my loan amount. I have not yet received a suitable reply / workaround to my complaint.
Good evening Sumit,
Let me start by saying that I have never been unhappy and disappointed with HDFC for the many years I have banked with them that I am now after dealing with the South Mumbai home loan offices !!!
However, I can't blame the bank for a few unethical employees and hence I am writing this email to express my frustration with the HDFC Home Loan employees that have been working alongside you at the Navi Mumbai branches.
You were kept informed of how I was treated from the start where your employees disregarded the importance of me being a CUSTOMER and it was you who finally told me that even your Reporting Manager refused to help and be of assistance.
- To start with your employee Nancy Shaikh who promised and sold me a product on the pretext of a LIE. And to add or cover this, she even went and released the disbursement to the builders even though she was asked NOT TO without MY permission. By this, it's been ONLY my LOSS because of your employees negligence and the same has NO reversal is what you continually verbally conveyed to me.
- She then put me to a manager named Amit Shinde who delayed and told me lies that he had spoken to Deepali from the Panvel branch. Deepali then confirmed that she was not contacted by Amit Shinde and he accepted to help but then quietly walked away from the topic by putting me in contact with Shalaka.
- Shalaka contacts me from a landline number which is never picked up when called on so I was then depending on Shalaka contacting me...again delaying and running away from any help that could have been offered to me.
- Then you call me saying that you will deal with my case but again after delays with no callbacks, meeting excuses, etc., you tell me that there can be no help offered. You even verbally told me that you will take action over Nancy and she will lose her job if I put you in an official complaint to which I said that this was your internal department issue which I should not have a say at and Instead you must give me a solution, being a customer. You finally told me that your senior reporting manager has also refused to help. I finally asked you to work around the interest rate to which you said it couldn't be worked out. In all this process there was absolutely NO option offered by you or your team / colleagues / your reporting manager.. At all times, you kept telling me that the same product will be available by the end of September 2023 and I kept asking you what happens for the loss I have suffered and still suffering from the time the disbursement was made to which I have got no positive reply until today!
I had to even ask you to send me my original Loan documents which were sitting at your Navi mumbai branch whereas the bank had charged me interest twice and disbursed money to the builder even without sending me my original loan documents! It's sad to see how you guys operate.
I kept asking you time and again "why should I suffer a loss due to negligence by your team" and I have still not got an answer to that and I still have to continue to suffer because of defaults caused by you and your team. And then finally I took your email address on the 13th Sep to write you an email.
You and your team which also includes your senior manager have paid no heed to resolve my, your customer's plea by saying there is NOTHING that can be done to correct the wrong that was done by YOUR BANK EMPLOYEE who sold me a product on the pretext of a LIE and who was a member of your team.
I would like to have a written official reply from you. Please copy all you wish to in your reply. I have not attached all the WhatsApp correspondences to prove my above. You have been kept in the loop of everything as events occurred. Pls let me know if you need me to share them in an email and I will do so.
I will ask you again. What do you have in plan to keep me happy and retain me as an HDFC customer after all that has happened?

Unwanted trees and weeds causing a havoc to neighbours
There are many vacant sites in AG'S layout Arehalli which are not taken CARE by the owners. The sites have become shelters for all kinds of reptiles, insects, stray animals' ### out, etc. It is causing a lot of trouble resulting in Allergies, fear of poisonous, non poisonous insects especially to children.
It is very difficult to trace the owners it the sites have changed hands even if the layout is an established society. How long can the neighbours clean them ...
Pl take some strong measure to instruct the owners to keep up the sites inthe interest of the environment and no nuisance to the neighbours.
