I am having a savings account with nanganallur branch. Account no [protected]. On 19 th september i have requested your nanganallur branch to issue a fresh atm card as i have lost it. Feven after 22 days i have not received it.in the mean time i have enquired the branch four times in the gap of 4 days. Everytime they are telling that it will reach in four days. I am having deposit to the tune of more than rs 10 lakhs with you. I have also workied as a bank manager inpudukkottai. I have not experienced such a problem. To withdraw money i have to transfer money to some other banks via online. I am operating the account from 2008. All the transactions are only adjustment no cash transactions.
