Individual — atm machine not working

I a savings bank account of iob since 1975. I have operated in various branches all over tamil nadu.in 2017 i moved to chromepet, chennai from besant nagar, chennai. I am now operating my account in iob branch at clc works road, chromepet, chennai-600044. Here the atm machine is not working most of the time.in the last three months i went to the atm for 8 times all the times atm was not working. I have to stand in the long queue every time i want to take money. More over the air conditioning is not working at all and the atm room is very untidy.
