Individual — bmtc bus has hit my car

A bmtc bus (Ka57 f 2101) has hit my car at 7pm today[protected] and run laughing at me. I would like to know what bmtc takes action against this driver who is careless. The conductor was sitting on the left who was very much able to see, he could have averted the accident, but that fellow was laughing. Please initiate necessary action on both driver and conductor. Your portal doesn't allow photo of size more than 2mb. I have taken several photos of the incident.
