No response & lax attitude of Rajesh Jha
Ref. Customer ID# [protected] we had initiated a request in the month of November 2021.
Till now the connection is not setup at the residence. It's been 4 months now.
Spoke to Rajesh Jha thrice on this, he initially mentions that he is in marketing & doesnt deal with greviances like this inturn was sharing someone else's number.
He was expecting me to follow up with him.
When questioned that is he only there to take money & shrug responsibility & had to make him understand that he is representing Adani Total Gas.
Then to this he still needs the house number details after speaking to him thrice.
Atrocious customer service standards being followed at Adani Total Gas. Rajesh Jha needs to be taken off service & trained thoroughly on being sensitive towards customer complaints & not being rhetoric by keep saying that he is in marketing & expecting irrate customers to do his internal work.
I demand an apology from Adani Total Gas for the lax attitude shown by its representative & instant resolution to the pending issue.

Non compliance of warranty services
I purchased a 4 burner gas hob in 2020. One burner stopped switching on in 2021 for which the service technician advised that the manufacture of the product has been discontinued and the company will refund the entire amount. Accordingly a refund process was initiated on 30 Dec 2021 and all required documents submitted on 18 Jan. Till date there is no intimation of refund. I am using 3 burners for the past 6 months.
The commitment of warranty services (two years for gas hob) has not been adhered and there is undue delay in processing a refund.

Refund of seat Selection Charges
My booking reference: H7PGT for SABAHUDDIN, SYED & SABAH, TALAT. Ticket nos.[protected] &[protected] for 23 May 2021 for
EWR- MUMBAI. I kept this booking pending for re-booking later and subsequently cancelled. I got refund for ticket but seat selection charges were refunded for one passenger. So $60.00 yet to be paid by AIR INDIA out of $120.00 paid by me for 2seat. I am attaching receipts received from AIRINDIA. Please make a refund of pending amount $60.00

Fraud of Rs. 45100/-
A fraud has been committed to me by Mr. Ravi Kumar through OLX using Phonepe UPI in approx 5 transactions and also threatening me when I warned him that I have already filed complaint against him, he is now threatening me and have all my personal details handy.

Against e-challan maharashtra traffic police
I will pay the challan after my complaints or questions are resolved as you know better rules
and law then me and i cant go against the system i wanted to know the answers to my query and want you to
remove the film first of your own department or officer vehicles as i have photo proof with me of your tinted flim vehicles
e) complaint description
i own a vehicle mh31dv5314 on which 3 e-challan are there as follows-
1. 1-this is for tinted glass which was done on 12/9/21 done by hc ganesh aagrekar.
as the rule cmvr 100(2)/177 mva says that, the permissible transparency levels are 70 for front and back windshields and 50 for side windows and it was on
my vehicle then also the officer make my challan as i ‘am against it.
2. 2- this is for speed voilation which was done on 29/10/21 done by npc ramshish yadav.
as the rule sec 112/183(1) mva says that, whoever drives a motor vehicle in contravention of the speed limits referred to in section 112 shall be punishable
with fine which may extend to four hundred rupees, or, if having been previously convicted of an offence under this sub-section is again convicted of an
offence under this sub-section, with fine which may extend to one thousand rupees. as i wanted to know that from where it was been fine to me and yes then i
have not received any message of it on my registered contact number and i travel via this route on daily basis i have not seen any officer or van or any device
after that so i want to raise a appeal against it as if there is rule so it should be done on regular basis not only once and if it been made once as i also not seen
any officer there till now then why only that day my challan has been made
3. 3-this was also for tinted glass which was done on 9/11/21 done by npc shantaram deshmukh . i go to him to pay my above challan honestly as he
refused me to accept one challan at that time by saying that our machine or system accept all challan once not a single challan payment we can do.as i have
been gone to lok adalat held on 11/12/21 i speak to the magistrate their they told me that i can pay any one or any two challan now so why did the traffic
officer refused me to pay 1 of 3 challan their as i strictly against it
i have also seen many of your department or officer vehicles are tinted and has film on it of which i have proof in photos form as my vehicles glass can also
be seen though transparently after that also the department has make my challan and due to which i have tinted my glass complete z-black and will remain all
black till your department vehicle film is removed.
i also wanted to tell you honestly that all the challan and fine made by the department are only of tinted glass maximum times i want to also raise a complaint
against it that why only tinted glass challan has been made on my vehicle whnot on seatbelt mask number plate condition of tyres papers as well as on horn. it
seems that the challan makers or the officers have the rights to decide by their own that when to challan or when to not ot depend on their mood i guess. if there
is rule it should be for all not only for common people
the traffic police officer i see on duty or on the signal point is only from 10am to 8pm before and after this who look after it or where the rule and law goes
after that i have not seen these officers on sunday also expect some main areas so i should think that before and after their timing no law is there.
i have also seen traffic lights goes off after 12am and remain off till 7am in many areas so where the rules are gone now
*i am providing the departments vehicles photos wihch are tinted too

I wish to bring to your kind notice the misdeed by one of the dealers of your esteemed Company in Delhi [ Legend Computronix, F-4, Rajkamal Chamber, 1, Ajmal Khan Road, Delhi-5, Showroom-8110, A2, Prahalad Market, DB. Gupta Road, New Delhi-5]
2. The tax invoice by the dealer says the following description of goods –
Dell Ins 3593/i5 10th / 8gb/512 SSD/W.10 / MSO/1yr/slv [ I paid Rs.56, 500/- on 27.08.2022]
3. Incidentally, I also took a Service Tag of your company ( 5FH0F92).
Further, as per the Service Tag, I purchased Inspiron 3280 AIO. [ Appex price : Rs.40, 000/-]
4. You may kindly see that there is a complete mismatch between the product as per the Tax Invoice and the Service Tag.

Further, as per the Service Tag, I purchased Inspiron 3280 AIO. [ Appex price : Rs.40, 000/-]
4. You may kindly see that there is a complete mismatch between the product as per the Tax Invoice and the Service Tag.

Non refund of failed transaction, money deducted

I initiated a recharge of Rs 2000 of my DISHTV DTH account through PayU, on 5th Jan 2022. Money was deducted but a message appeared that "Error -transaction failed, money will be automatically refunded to source within 5 days ". No refund was made. I booked a payU ticket no SW[protected] on 18th Jan 22. Next day I received an Email saying the issue has been resolved, but asked me to give more details . When I tried to give the details it was not accepted saying ticket already exists. I put a complaint on Facebook, gave details asked for on 25th Jan. No response from your end. Tried to send email at [protected]@payumoney.com, it bounced with the message that server is blocked. I again furnish the details and request Payu to refund the Rs 2000 deducted. 1. Payu transaction number - not available as transaction failed just after money deducted. 2. Merchant Id -DISHTV dth recharge, account no [protected], Regd mobile number [protected], 3. On 05/11/2021 I'm gone to Ayodhya by road in my personal car CG19C0852. At 9.18 AM on PIPRI TOLL PLAZA NH-96 DIST.FAIZABAD i asked staff members to provide me tickets to and fro journey (onward and return) .
But staff over there denied to provide return journey ticket they have charged Rs 70/- for onward journey Tick No.:[protected] Shift:2 D&T: 05/11/21 09:18:12M
For Return Journey TICK NO:[protected] SHIFT:2 D&T: 05/11/21 14:12:33 M again Fee Rs 70/-

Road accident with ola ride

Financial Fraud Sanjay Singh who calls himself as a Army Officer
I Hari Katakam, had put an advertisement for my house in Ramamurthy Nagar, Akshay Nagar in 99 acres, Sanjay Singh ([protected]) and his so called finance attendant Jora Singh ([protected]) called me in the night on 1/19/2022 and said he will take the house for rent. Sanjay Singh and Jora Singh said he will transfer the token advance and cheated me by taking 50, 000Rs and 10, 000Rs from my google pay account. This money was supposed to be deposited into my account but Jora Singh said the money will be deducted from my account and then he will send me the money using Army CARD. That did not happen and then he said if I transfer 10Rs he will transfer 10Rs 2 times from his Army card. So i trusted and he asked me to transfer 1, 20, 000Rs so that he will transfer double the amount similar to 10Rs. The amount was transferred to HDFC bank account no:[protected] Amritsar GT Road branch. So I trusted and transferred the money but i did not get any money deposited in my account. I got cheated last night for 1, 80, 000Rs. I have his so called ID proof PAN Card, Photo, Aadhaar card info but not sure whether any of them is true.
