Individual — Car Battery was not working properly

Dear Sir/ Madam,

It is informed that I have purchased a car battery on 12.11.2022 from M/s OM Enterprise, Bijaynagar, Kamrup(Assam), Pin:781122, Phone :[protected],[protected], GSTIN No. 18AHLPC7854Q1ZI. Battery details are given below:
Car Exide Battery : ML Din 44LH,
Sl. No.A512B008837.

It is stated that the battery was disturbing since last 3 months, and we went to the above dealer and they have checked the same and replace a old battery to check whether my car problem or battery problem. During this period car was not disturbing at all. After one week they charged my original battery and put into my car. After one month again I am facing same problem. I went to the agency, and agency directly denied that battery has no problem, we cannot change the battery. There was no way to purchase a new battery as the my original battery was not working properly. The battery was purchased on 12.11.2022 warranty period is for 36 months.

Therefore, it is my earnest request to look into the matter and solve the issue urgenly.
