Individual — Complaint against forcefully construction of chhajja at the back side of Flat No 175C

I am residing at 175 A and the owner wants to forcefully construct a chhajja at the back side of his flat for which I said no and he wants to construct it at any cost so I want to log a complaint against it as my parents are senior citizens and they want sunlight and protection from thieves, . This is against the private privacy of a family and we strongly object to it. Also the theft happened twice at my Ground Floor flat . This is hampering sunlight for my senior citizens parents and if nothing has been done it will be a life threatening to my parents and my family. Responsible for it. Request for your immediate and necessary action against it. They are also forcing me to shift my overhead tank to some other place which I said no to him. He is going to do it forcefully so please take necessary action immediately against the owner. We have already suffered in the past and also complaint against the previous owner but nothing has been done so this time am very much disturbed and it is taking a toll to my parents health and my children's education specially final exams are suffering due to this.
