Dear sir
I ordered one portable small air conditioner from your online store summer-essentail gurgaon. The above said product is not working satisfactory and having technical problem
1that product supplied by you is not as per the specs detailed by you
2. This is not any portable air conditioner it's only small fan box and not having sufficient amount of air
3. It is not providing any cooled air

4 the water tank is having water leakage

So kindly request you to plz take it back and revert the money as soon as possible
Otherwise we will go for a legal process against the same
