Individual — Customer care not responding

Hello team,

I have an airtel India SIM and using it in Australia. For the past 2 months, SIM is not catching signals on Andriod phones and working on iPhone only.

Raised a request for APN Settings for android and also I'm receiving a large amount on bills. So, Requested them for bill transactions.

There is no response from Airtel

So I'm helpless in this regard.
