Individual — Double charging and wrong crediting of Toll charges.

I am PayTM fast tag user on my vehicle (CAR) bearing registration HR03R4031. While travelling from Chadigarh to Ambala on 23.06.2020, I had to pay cash for the return journey ticket as suggested by the operator, whereas an amount of Rs. 50 was also deducted from my PayTM Fastag account with SMS, reproduced as under:
Paid Rs.50 for vehicle reg. no. HR03R4031 at BSC-C&C Kurali toll Plaza on 23.06.2020 at 14:56:42. Toll Txn, ID [protected]
Relief expected:
1. If I had tendered cash then why deducted from my fastag account.
2. How come the message bears reference of BSC-C&C Kurali toll Plaza, when I was not crossing that plaza at all.
