Jio is sending pop up messages saying "validity is finished and recharge" by clicking it diverted to payment option... I have mistakenly recharged 399 as per their instructions and then realised that my validity of old recharge was still 2 months balance... I complained to jio care and asked to stop such cheating messages... But still i am receiving them... Jio is cheating it's customer s... Also recharge should not progress if already validity is not finished... Was this information helpful? |
