Individual — I am complaining about delay in shifting of bsnl telephone connection to new address

No. 58, Kupa Ready Quarters, Nehru Street, Minjur

O was residing at No. 58, Kupa Ready Quarters, Nehru Street, Minjur and have one bsnl connection with connection number 27933950. Now I hv shifted my residence to No. R 4/10, Vallur Camp? Minjur, Chennai- 600120. In spite of repeted request made to the concerned officials the connection is yet not been shifted and provided in my new address. Action may please be initiated in this regard and connection provided at the earliest.
