Individual — illegal chopping of tree

Sir,
I had a 15 years old papri tree in front of my plot. A neighbor shri ashok kumar, living just opposite my plot chopped down the said tree on 22/08/18, just to carve out parking space for his motor car. Obviously, he did it without my consent or permission for the act.

It is kindly requested that appropriate action, legal as well as punitive, may be taken against the said person.
