From 3 months making follow up standard ready made response i get reply from email for refund of Money by irresponsible unprofessional Reader digest staff's ( Earlier 5 yrs back Reader digest Brand named was very good ) i suggest dont hire such unprofessional / irresponsible which will literally make " READER DIGEST" Company to loose customer ultimately sink with no name in market

1) 4-6 weeks we will refund the money
2) pls note then they reduced to 2-4 weeks
3) next message at the earliest
4) next message sent bank details
5) next message sent bank details
6) After 3 months 1 representative [protected] asking for Bank details
i sent to him no response after several follow up he told forwarded to other department
7) still money not recived

I dont recommend viewers to go for " READER DIGEST "
