Dear sir:
My husband, s s rao (78 years) sent a registered letter to you on 07th march, 2018 for regularization of his house site in munaganoor village.
He had made repeated visits to the collectorate to find out the fate of his petition which did not yield any result. Despite passing of two and half months, the petition is still pending in e-1 section headed by rajasekharam.
There is no justification for this abnormal delay in sending a reply by your office. This clearly shows the sorrowful state of affairs of working of your office and you are alone to be blamed for your inefficiency and incompetence as you have absolutely no control on your subordinates.
Please look into this inordinate delay and ensure immediate response.
