Individual — Low mileage of new maruti wagon r car

I have purchased new wagnar car from Automative manufacuturing private limited maruti showroom in nashik maharashtra in august 2020 but from the date of purchase of car it has given low milage around 14 /15 km in city and out of city only even after frequent contact with showroom they has not resolve my issue till date plz help
