Individual — Material stolen from consignment

I have send 2 kgs of Chocolate (500g X 4 boxes) through Consignment no. [protected] on[protected] to Chennai. But the recipient received only 3 boxes of 1500Gms. One box weigh 500 was missing during transit. Kindly resolve at the earliest.
