Individual — Non compliance of warranty services

I purchased a 4 burner gas hob in 2020. One burner stopped switching on in 2021 for which the service technician advised that the manufacture of the product has been discontinued and the company will refund the entire amount. Accordingly a refund process was initiated on 30 Dec 2021 and all required documents submitted on 18 Jan. Till date there is no intimation of refund. I am using 3 burners for the past 6 months.
The commitment of warranty services (two years for gas hob) has not been adhered and there is undue delay in processing a refund.
