Consignment no v52997547 to gurgaon parcel booked in premium service on 3.4.19 for sure delivery on 4.4.19 and same confirmed by booking office before taking parcel but parcel was treared as normal resulting cheating by charging higher and false commitment resulting incurred heavy loss.
