Individual — non receipt of cashless cards and policy documents

On 4th Feb 2019, after depositing Rs.6000/-, for family health insurance, I have received the replica of cashless only on Whats App.Cards no. 27104 for Bhupender Kumar Saxena, Card No.8157 for Sonal Saxena and Card no.55075 for Abha Saxena. But till today I have not received these cards and the policy documents physically. My registered mobile no.is [protected]. The person who contacted me is Mr. Daksh Verma. I have called him several times on mobile no. [protected], but always there was no reply.

I request you to take up my case on a serious note and resolve.
