Individual — Non refund of failed transaction, money deducted

I initiated a recharge of Rs 2000 of my DISHTV DTH account through PayU, on 5th Jan 2022. Money was deducted but a message appeared that "Error -transaction failed, money will be automatically refunded to source within 5 days ". No refund was made. I booked a payU ticket no SW[protected] on 18th Jan 22. Next day I received an Email saying the issue has been resolved, but asked me to give more details . When I tried to give the details it was not accepted saying ticket already exists. I put a complaint on Facebook, gave details asked for on 25th Jan. No response from your end. Tried to send email at [protected]@payumoney.com, it bounced with the message that server is blocked. I again furnish the details and request Payu to refund the Rs 2000 deducted. 1.
