Individual — not returning advance token for rent

Dear sir

I have booked house for rent after discussion with house owner. When i met with owner to final date to enter house, discussion was not succes full due to arrogance of house owner. I thought before entering into house this arrogance then later point it's difficult tolerate if some thing is there so avoided home. Now he is not returning advance token money.

How to proceed further, to get money.

Please somebody can help hyderabad.
