Our residence phone is dead for more than 2 weeks now. I had lodged a complaint to MTNL customer care and I received an automated response 2 days before that complaint No# has been resolved. When I tried calling my Landline, I am still getting the message "due to faulty line conditions, your call cannot be completed at present". In the same automated call, I was asked to lodge a fresh complaint if the complaint lodged was not resolved - I placed a complaint again today.
Disappointing service - I disconnected MTNL internet services because of the same reason. Monthly subscriptions are collected without delay from MTNL but they do not even provide basic service - this is daylight robbery and I would like to demand a refund of any subscription amount charged during the period service was not provided.
