We wish to put a sheer displeasure with the manner your person spoke when my wife has called[protected] just now.

Last time, on 15jul19, when your person came home for collection, he told, since billing is already done, he could not apply airindia rates. Further, he suggested that we need to inform about that when we call[protected] next time.

This time, my wife, mrs. K phebe rani did mention that. Not only she was unsuccessful in getting the booking for tomorrow.in spite of she telling that she is a cancer patient, your person gave very harsh reply.

We are very irritate and deeply agonized at your unprofessional behavior of your personnel.
