Individual — poor support by vizianagaram municipality employee for afforestation

14th Aug I saw Municipality people were planting Plants & fencing them. I support Afforestation & live here permanently so can take care of such Plant/Tree well. Those Municipality people suggested to ask Ramesh (Rajulu) who is a Vizianagaram Municipality Employee & lives just in front of our house. He said his wife threw away all the Saplings (stocked by Municipality people) & there are no more Fences available with Municipality. Please help people like me who supports Afforestation, instead of ending up planting saplings in front of tenants house who may not take care of them well as I would.
