I had purchased a quarterly plan of rs.597/- (@199/- p. M) on 17/08/2017.
Now after one month only, the channels have been disconnected on today.
Yesterday, there was a reminder and we thought that this is a regular reminder only.
So, kindly resolve the matter as the earliest and restart the channels or refund the differential money of rs.398/- (For two months subscription).
