Individual — Received a wrong item and not being picked up and money refunded

Against the suborder ID: [protected] and suborder ID: [protected], I received wrong item.
My phone number registered on the snapdeal is no longer working. I provided an alternate number and they have entered it wrongly. And it is not being corrected.
Hence the return pick up is held up and no response from customer service
