Respected sir,

I have book srilanka trip with makemytrip however during my travel period Govt advice that all the

international travel should be avoided to stop spread of COIVID-19.

Iam working with steel authority of India limited SAIL-CFP, Chandrapur, A public sector organization

where all govt orders are strictly followed. My executive director advice me not to travel as per Govt

directive. They are not allow me to join office due to COVID-19 omicron threat due to international
travel. This is force majeure situation. Our Govt also appeal not to travel if not very urgent to
prevent spread of COVID-19.

The SAIL- Bokaro steel plant office letter enclosed for kind perusal. My Name is Rajiv Lanjewar

I have book the trip when there is no issue to COVID-19 threat. Please help me to get my hard earn

money or hold my trip for some time. I have informed Samiksha sharma my tour team leader 2 days in

advance that I have cancel my all air tickets.

I have once travel with make my trip vide during 16th august 19 to 23 august 19 Place - Karbi town,

As we discussed regarding your tour package having booking reference number P0047901, had discussed the matter with superiors also and you are advised postpone the trip for future dates by doing this the given booking amount remains with the Co. and the same can be availed within 2 years by your self or anyone who comes with your reference without any extra charges.

Note – package cost may vary according to selected travel dates by you (Season and off-season)



If you wish to cancel the trip or ask for the refund the refundable amount will be very nominal. Once ravel dates decided please do inform us.

Please acknowledge the same per return email.

As communicated earlier, we may not be able to move as my son who is coming from US for short visit to India. He has to go back as planned and we can't take any risk under present circumstances.

As my son from US is in the group. We don't want that any one suffer because of this new Corona variant. As a good citizenship and reputed organization like yours also doesn't want to take any risk. So for betterment of both (you as well as us) we shouldn't proceed on tour. Therefore, we are canceling the tour due to this reason only.
If you insist I can fwd the air tkt of my son who is coming from US.
In view of this, you are once again requested to refund the amount at the earliest.
