Individual — Regarding Pipri Toll Plaza NH-96 DIST.FAIZABAD

Dear Sir,

On 05/11/2021 I'm gone to Ayodhya by road in my personal car CG19C0852. At 9.18 AM on PIPRI TOLL PLAZA NH-96 DIST.FAIZABAD i asked staff members to provide me tickets to and fro journey (onward and return) .

But staff over there denied to provide return journey ticket they have charged Rs 70/- for onward journey Tick No.:[protected] Shift:2 D&T: 05/11/21 09:18:12M

For Return Journey TICK NO:[protected] SHIFT:2 D&T: 05/11/21 14:12:33 M again Fee Rs 70/-

My Concern over here is why to and fro journey Tick not provided, even fast Tag Facility is not functional over there

So pl. look into the matter
