Dear sir, 2 days before i am apply for pan card from umang app. And i get one application number witch is as follows m[protected] today i check status of my pan card process. And it shows as "
Your pan application with aadhaar based e-kyc option is still incomplete, awaiting your e-kyc details. Use regenerate online option (Mobile app) to complete and submit your application for processing. " and i am not able to use regenerate online option from uti website because it shows application number not found. Also i visit umang website but when go from direct e-sign from umang app in other service menu it shows something went wrong. Please i want my pan card as soon as possible. Please help me to regenerate my application to resolve the issue... Kindly help me to resolve that issue. Thank you...
I am attaching some screen shots of my pan card status and issues... Please check that. I have gone to your 2 uti service points. But they refused to help about online service. The amount is already debited from my account. I apply for the pan card of my wife. Please suggest or rectifythe problem soon.
