I am a consumer of dish tv. All channels are running good except dd national.
Sir my complain is that i am unable to watch dd national as channel no. 193 not coming on my set top box. While other dd channels are running good.
Several times i tried to contact dishtv to solve the problem but i didn't got any response.

Please try to solve my problem.

I have booked following tickets for travel on indore-goa-indore sector as per the pnr details mentioned below thru travel agent.

However due to current corona/covid-19 pandemic we want to cancel the trip as it is not advisable to do so.

However the travel agent is refusing to cancel the ticket, seek your/dgca support in ensuring we get full refund.

I am getting frequent calls from [protected] in night times.. Being a women we have to face each and every problems around. I am old but still getting wrong calls. Please take action against this person. He is speaking in different languages. Like a chain my number has been circulated. I am using same number for 15years now. I don't want to receive any calls further and please help me with this issue.

Recently during the show goes on neha n nikhil badly abuse karan kapoor, they show their hypocrisy n feminists to the whole india, the whole video viral like missile on twitter, instagram, fb n youtube, the opinion of judges of this show towards karan is totally rude, they cant behave like this, qgen i saw the video i personally feel so upset for karan, in a national television they abuse using slangs n ruin our indian culture in front of society. N its only because for money n trp of that show. I strongly condemned their behaviour and language they using in their show, i also write a letter to our home ministry, ministry of information n broadcasting sri prakash sir ji to take necessary steps against the show n content.

We in secunderabad cantonment are having a big problem with water supply.
In this month ie. March 2020 we have got water supply for only 3 days till
15/3/2020. The days on which the water was supplied were 01/3/2020, 06/3/2020 &10/3/2020. The monthly charges for the cantonment is
Higher than that of the municiple areas where they get water supply every alternate day, this disparity should be removed at the earliest.

But once the money is deducted from my account, there is no acknowledgement number or any reference number.

Please help me to get back the pancard.

We are residents of block 2, subhash nagar, on arya samaj road. We are facing very serious problem of increasing street dogs. These dogs used to jump on persons walking on road, on cycle, on scooter etc. They become danger for kids.

You may see these dogs on near arya samaj mandir road, near shyam pan corner, chawla medicos, etc.

You are requested to remove these dogs for our safety.

New drainage lines are provided in all roads in shivajee nagar colony, tara nagar, seri lingampally, hyderabad. 25 days back, in road number 2, under ground drainage pipes broken, accordingly workmen digged the road and found broken pipes and removed. But, without replacing new pipes, workmen closed the line. Now, drainage water is leaking heavily from the road.
Request please do the needful and rectify the problem.

The sdmc is not cleaning the drains in g block gali no 11 premnagar najafgarh, new delhi regularly. The debris is lying scattered in the street. The residents have traced at least three dead rats in the drains. An epidemic can break out due to dirt and mosquitoes. Sometimes once in a month drains are cleaned by debris is not lifted. This again finds way into drains or roads. South delhi municipal corporation is not taking any action.

I had applied through www.applypanindia.com website for my pan card correction by 31.12.2019. More than two months, i have not yet received my corrected pan card. My transaction i'd is 1672564 and amount paid for rs 499/-. I sent the signed hard copy to parsh tax solutions llp, 3b ground floor, lane-2, kehar singh stage, saidulajab, westend marg, new delhi -110030, through speed post on 20.01.2020. While checking through applypanindia.com, it shows that application is pending and check ur mail i'd. Kindly resolve my problem since my pan no. Is to be linked with aadhaar card by 31.03.2020 because it's the last date.

It was also confirmed the delivery and requested us to share code dac 501 to delivery man on receipt of refill.
With all that communication on status of delivery of gas cylinder a message was posted on 29.2.20 saying:

Invoice has been cancelled due to 48 hrs. Cancellation.
It also says booking cannot be created due to refill order as open order already exist for consumer.

What is all this confusion about after confirming that cylinder will be delivered in 2 days. Does this have any meaning.

If the cylinder is delivered we are going to pay cash or through a debit card.
What exactly in happening with loc and what this tamasha is all about.

Apropos my above complaint and your promise, I regret to inform that till now nothing has been done. Only false promises are made. I reiterate that you have the worst field staff who are always in a haste to close the complaint than rectifying/attending to it. Please refer my earlier complaints which were closed without attending to them. I am unable to understand as to how the complaints are handled and want to know if there is a system in your company to check with the customer if the complaint was attended to, if so, the customer's feed back.

With regard to the recent complaint SR [protected] Mr. Jagdish, Electrician spoke to me and said that he needed to close the complaint in order to get a junction box for rectification. It is strange that he will not be able to get the junction box if the unattended complaint No. is not closed.

Till now there is no feedback from the field staff about attending the complaint. None of the field staff have courtesy to inform the customers about their unavailability. They make promise to attend, keep us waiting for them hours together ultimately, they do not turn up and they do not even have courtesy to inform that they would not be coming. Please educate your field staff about courtesy, customer service etc.

My daughter is doing P.G. Most of her project work which is related to internet is affected.

As I have said earlier, I WILL NOT RENEW it this year.

Anyhow, you have lost an old customer.

When the world is running after getting new customers, your company is coolly willing to lose existing old customers. I will discourage people to go for ACT Fiber net. You may provide high speed with optical fibre. But what is the use when the service is the worst.

I appointed consulta juris in 2014. I am nri and they come uk and done a tv show for marketing where i got reference and assigned the case.

The advocate mr pratish prabhakaran of law firm consulta juris, having office at andheri, mumbai charged very heavy fees and after that he asked more money for discussion with defended for the settlement. But deliberately mishandled my matter to help to the defendants in my matter. Due to my work load and family in uk i could not attain court and judge put my case on "dismiss for default".

So when i came to know after five year that my case is on dismiss for default i asked for details but he did not provide anything later i had to withdraw his services and asked for fees then he started making false claims and not returning fees and additional money what he took for the settlement.

Looking for the refund of my fees, additional money, compensation for damage of my case and my health.

My complaint stands submitted in refunding my fee of rs 499. But no reply in this behalf is received. As already informed that i got my pancard reprinted in just rs 50. As such requested for my refund. Further i would like to expand the details that i applied for reprint of my approved pancard with my alloted number acgpr1142l. While processing the necessary format the digital payment did not appear for rs499 on my screen for confirmation resulting me to pay rs 499 which appears to be very high for this job. It is pertinent to mention here that i got this job done in rs 50 only. So pl keeping in view facts i request for refund.

A bmtc bus (Ka57 f 2101) has hit my car at 7pm today[protected] and run laughing at me. I would like to know what bmtc takes action against this driver who is careless. I do not avail any service from your end, inspite of this your company is deducting an amount of rs.79 from my bank account at regular intervals. The first deduction took place on 30.08.2019 (Bank transaction id: [protected]igag), second deduction on 25.12.2019 (Bank transaction id: [protected]igah) and last amount deducted on 12.02.2020 (Bank transaction id: [protected]igai). I request you to immediately stop the deduction of such transactions from my account. Please ensure that not such deduction takes place in future. Otherwise i will by bound to take legal action.

This is the complaint regarding the house owner not returning the security deposit.

I was residing in dharam colony h. No 73 shiv mandir road gurgaon from may 2019. The house owner's wife always makes the issue and arguing with my wife but i ignore these cases and move ahead. But one day the electricity had gone we left the house and went to our relative place and we suffer 4 days at that time, but i ignored that time also. But the day of 13th dec 19 their water motor got dead and they don't have fillup any water in their tank i called them the whole day but they don't care about anything. I called them in the night and told them, sir, how will i manage the things without water and electricity with my family if you are not caring about anything then he told me (Nahi bana to goli maroge kya? Agle mahine khali kardo jyada dikkat hai to. Mere pass iska call recording hai o jis tarah se bola tha). I said yes i will leave the house next month, the next day i gave the notice to him but when i left the house he is not giving my security money back. He is making unnecessary extra charges for house paint, chimney service, etc. However, these things not mentioned anywhere in the rent agreement. I have all the incident call recording and all the possible proof against him and his wife. Please help me, what to do with such fraud and thug cheaters.

There are two other tenants who already gone through with the same situation and they left the house.

I am a resident of first cross street, south high court colony, villivakkam, chennai -49. Sewage water has been mixed with drinking water and for the past 15 days, we have been following it up with the staff of cmwssb and the whole colony including the main street, first cross and the second cross of the south high court colony is suffering due to the negligent attitude of cmwssb. The problem is still continuing and the source of problem has not been found yet. The staff worked for a day or two to clean the pipe line but the public utility service is bound to take proper measures till it is rectified. It is highly saddening to note that the officials take proper measures only if casualties are reported in the media. Due to callous attitude of the officials, it is bounden duty of the cmwssb to supply clean water. Till such time the fault is rectified, it is also the duty of the cmwssb to provide clean water via tanker atleast once in two days to every house in the colony.

We frequently pass through the sriperumbattur toll plaza and most of the automatic sensors do not work. Vehicles get stuck for a very long time. Further the people at the plaza are so rude and unpolite who refused to open the gate and held us unnecessarily this morning when they were questioned why there is a delay in clearing the vehicles. They were acting so wild, blocking the vehicle to make note of the number. It was such an unpleasant experience inspite of we spending so much on the toll and frequently crossing it every week.

I am a senior citizen residing in dombivli for the last 40 years. We have been experiencing heavy foul smell emanting from the industrial area of dombivli midc area.in spite of many complaints to the pollution board no concrete action is taken to arrest the pollution. It is sad that first of all midc area which is an industrial area is transformed into a residential area which should not have been allowed. Either it should be considered as a residential area or industrial area. Everyday at night the miscreats release the pollutant gas and it spreads all over dombivli even as far as thakurli where i reside. I can imagine the plight of the people who stay near by the midc area. By way of this communication i urge the authorities to take concrete steps to contain the pollution as many are suffering from breathing and allied problems.

Today while i was driving near w pratiksha hospital sector 56, a white honda city car with registration number hr26cn2919 came from my right n pressed me off the road, when i tried to honk, the driver didnot budge. Since i was driving a black santro, which is comparatively a smaller car, i didnot react. But this lady was continuously speaking on the phone with a toddler in her vehicle and did repeated this act again when we were crossing each other near on golf course road. I urge the required authorities to take ant a proper action to against this unprofessional reckless driver so that she learns a lesson for life.

I ordered on-line above order on 16/12/19 and account debited. Order was cancelled immediately for purchase of jbl speaker @1799/10.
So many mails and messages sent and received but nothing positive.
Please see immediately or else i have no option to either report the matter to police else sue in consumer court.

We are residents of kavuri hills. There is immense noise pollution from tabula rasa open restaurant cum pub where they play live band till 12 in the night everyday. This loud music is not once in a while affair.. It's everyday and it's soo disturbing for kids and elders who can't sleep early and complain of constant headache because of this loud music. Have spoken n of times to the restaurant representative, but of no use. Pls help out

As tv was not working, i requested sony tv technician from sony service centre. He came with vehicle to carry the tv. I cannot wait for the technician visit. It is going to sony service centre.

I am the owner of house 1-70 9 sec3 mvp colony, visakhapatnam. Outside my compound electric lines of 33kv, two trees grown to a height of more than 40 feet and are touching the electric live wires, as a result sparks are coming and getting shocks neat the wall. Please take steps to cut the branches of these two trees.

We are people of ward:57, accukathi thoppu, near a - one fast food.
In our street there are more then 20 dogs. They all are infected dogs. Though its attacking street people, spoiling and tearing footwears daily, damaging the drying cloths outside. They are entering into houses also., do any thing as possible we are afraid of going outside from our houses.
