Dear authorities member,
I was applied duplicate rc by mistake after my bank loan completion and i paid fees rs 570 online for this. But after visited in rto office they guide me u need to fill again ne application form for hypothecation termination, this is wrong application filled by you. After that i cancel my duplicate rc application on parivahan portal online and again i filled hypothecation termination and pay fee onlie for this. Now i want to know how can i get refund my wrong paid amount rs. 570 of duplicate rc. I attache fee reciept and cancelation reciept with this mail.
Kindly advice as soon as possible.
