Individual — Stray dogs problems

Madam/Sir,

I am resident of Adarsh Vihar locality of Kalyanpur west ( sankarpurva ward) of Lucknow, U P, India. I am writing to you on the behalf of all the residents of neighborhood about the stray dog and rapid increase in there numbers. There are many instances when these stray dogs even bite the children of people while they are playing in streets. People of residents are full of fear and anger and even try to hurt animals which is ethically not correct.

I here by request you take necessary action in this matter.
