Individual — Telephone Line disconnection request still not done since Nov '20

Dear Sir,

I had sent 3-4 mails since 17th Nov 2020 instructing to disconnect my telephone line permanently

However I have not received any acknowledgement or confirmation. Bills are still being raised on this no: which I am not liable to pay as have not being using the line at all since Nov 2020
