Individual — Too many stray dogs increased in society

I am a resident of Poddar Vihar, Biman Nagar, Kolkata 700052.
There has been so many stray dogs here in the society that it has become very difficult, mainly to sleep at night.
They make so much noise and barking at night that it gets very very difficult.

Therefore, I would like to request to please take necessary measures so that this issue of noise can be resolved and we can get some sound sleep at night.
