Dear Sir/madam,

I have recharged DMRC Smart Card ID No:76177821 on 31.12.2021 for Rs.700 online through SBI
Internet Banking.The reference No. is [protected]IGAMSMRQJ5. The amount of Rs.700/-has been deducted
from my SB Account but not added/ validated till date.

2. Please let me know the detail/contact Nos. of Payment Gateway CITRUS/ICICI for amount reversal of
amount. So that, they could be contacted/approached for the same.
