Dear Sirs,
Apropos my above complaint and your promise, I regret to inform that till now nothing has been done. Only false promises are made. I reiterate that you have the worst field staff who are always in a haste to close the complaint than rectifying/attending to it. Please refer my earlier complaints which were closed without attending to them. I am unable to understand as to how the complaints are handled and want to know if there is a system in your company to check with the customer if the complaint was attended to, if so, the customer's feed back.
With regard to the recent complaint SR [protected] Mr. Jagdish, Electrician spoke to me and said that he needed to close the complaint in order to get a junction box for rectification. It is strange that he will not be able to get the junction box if the unattended complaint No. is not closed.
Till now there is no feedback from the field staff about attending the complaint. None of the field staff have courtesy to inform the customers about their unavailability. They make promise to attend, keep us waiting for them hours together ultimately, they do not turn up and they do not even have courtesy to inform that they would not be coming. Please educate your field staff about courtesy, customer service etc.
My daughter is doing P.G. Most of her project work which is related to internet is affected.
As I have said earlier, I WILL NOT RENEW it this year.
Anyhow, you have lost an old customer.
When the world is running after getting new customers, your company is coolly willing to lose existing old customers. I will discourage people to go for ACT Fiber net. You may provide high speed with optical fibre. But what is the use when the service is the worst.
