I wish to bring to your kind notice the misdeed by one of the dealers of your esteemed Company in Delhi [ Legend Computronix, F-4, Rajkamal Chamber, 1, Ajmal Khan Road, Delhi-5, Showroom-8110, A2, Prahalad Market, DB. Gupta Road, New Delhi-5]
2. The tax invoice by the dealer says the following description of goods –
Dell Ins 3593/i5 10th / 8gb/512 SSD/W.10 / MSO/1yr/slv [ I paid Rs.56, 500/- on 27.08.2022]
3. Incidentally, I also took a Service Tag of your company ( 5FH0F92).
Further, as per the Service Tag, I purchased Inspiron 3280 AIO. [ Appex price : Rs.40, 000/-]
4. You may kindly see that there is a complete mismatch between the product as per the Tax Invoice and the Service Tag.
5. I just have come to know this misdeed by the dealer as my laptop now needs repair and opened my online account with your company in reference to the service tag.
6. I may be compensated for the wrong product by the dealer and action may also be against the Dealer which would only bring disrepute to your company.
