Indo Shop — Asking me money for something I did not opt to be nominated

The company executive called me and explained me about a frauded scheme which has the following details:
1. Two exclusive Domestic Holiday* vouchers with the validity of 18 months for 3 day 2 nights for 2
adults and 2 children (below age of 5 years) across India in over
230+Cities, 8500+ Hotels.70, 000+ Rooms (3 To 4 star property). Member
needs to provide prior notice of 30 days with 3 different dates with a
gap of 7 days from which any one date will be confirmed. customer can not
avail HOLIDAY in peak season - May, june, December, January in Some location
Like Shimla, Corg, banglore, Manali, kasol, Massorie, dehradun Etc.
Both vouchers can be availed only for Domestic purpose.
clubbing of both vouchers are not allowed. Member needs to pay INR
499(Refundable) handling charges at the time of booking per Holiday
Voucher. Every property has some exclusion periods so members need to
avoid it like Goa in December. all the terms & conditions mentioned on Holiday

2. A CYG (choose your gift) Voucher. There are 9 different items

voucher redemption process mentioned on the voucher. There is no hidden
charge for the redemption of CYG Voucher. Send voucher and id proof scan

3. Offer Purchase Discount Subscription (Card)
which would entitle you to get privileges at over 150+ NATIONAL & internationals outlets across
India. Discounts can be availed by following the procedure mentioned on
the booklet or on website like through pre-paid vouchers,
online shopping & By Flashing Card at selected outlets. This
subscription would be valid for 1 year from the date of enrollment. This
will help you to avail up to 2% To 15% discounts on various brands. This card
is not a debit or credit card and not associated with any bank. This
card is for feedback purpose only.

4. Food cash back/re-reimbursement voucher INR 2500 which can only be
redeemed On redemption of any first Domestic Holiday voucher location.
You can only use this for fooding purpose.

5. Food cash back/re-reimbursement voucher INR 2500 which can only be
redeemed On redemption of 2nd Domestic Holiday voucher location.
You can only use this for fooding purpose.

6. STAR HEALTH ACCIDENTAL Insurance FOR 1 year validity ( Coverage Up To 10 lakh for 1 person ) .

We request you to pay 9999/- for this package as per our conversation Through
IVR / Link provided by ICICI bank / SBI COLLECT payment gateway for
your Membership of INDOSHOP . As per the conversation with our executives we
will be sending you the welcome kit to your address. (whatever the address you are going to give to our executive)

I refused to accept it, and neither pay for anything as I hadn't opted for anything, but these people started talking rudely to me. This is my hand to opt for something or not how can you force me something I have never opted for.
