Indo Shop — Fraud against the of ICIC bank

I have been fooled by INDO Shop.
They called me and said that i am a very valuable customer and as per my goodwill and creditworthiness the company is giving me 5 Gifts.
To get those Gifts i have to pay some amount and after that in seven days I’ll get a package with 5 Gifts including 2 domestic holidays, ₹5000 meal voucher, insurance, vip card and a gift.
Inspite of many times
Refusing and cross questioning they forced me to do so stating it can’t be cancelled.
When I refused to click on any links they asked me check SBI collect and convinced me on the name of SBI.
After all the formalities were completed they said that they were not associated with ICICi and other bank
The sales executive has made false promises
[protected] around 5.30 it happened.
This is so serious and dangerous.
Inspite of many complaints why this Indo shop has not ban yet and why SBI is giving their platform to such fraud companies.
I have read their refund policy and mail them about refund when I came to know about this fraud.
Please help me getting this solved.
