On 12 October, 2022 in evening I received a call from girl and she is saying I am from SBI credit Card. Then she told about benefits that company is providing. But their company cancellation policy is worst. And they are doing fraud with genuine consumer. And the most matter of concern is if they want to sale their company products then why they don't say we are from INDO SHOP and they fraud the customers by saying we are from SBI credit card.
Please raise this concern.
