On 17th September 2023, I got a called from a girl name Shruti and said that she is calling me from ICICI CREDit Card department and that I am a valuable CUSTOMER due to which I have received 5 gifts and even after rejecting and disconnecting the call she convince me by saying that I can anytime cancel the package within 18 months and can even redeem the voucher the very next day when I receive the parcel, now when I want to cancel it then they are not ready to cooperate and just acting ### Was this information helpful? |
