Indo Shop — Fraud company

I have been fooled by INDO Shop.
They called me and said that i am a very valuable customer and as per my goodwill and creditworthiness the company is giving me 5 Gifts.
To get those Gifts i have to pay some amount and after that in seven days I’ll get a package with 5 Gifts including 2 domestic holidays, ₹5000 meal voucher, insurance, vip card and a gift.

They didn’t told me that for domestic holiday i have to provide prior notice of 30 days with 3 different dates with a gap of 7 days from which any one date will be confirmed. And also customer can not avail HOLIDAY in peak season. What kind of holiday is this when i cannot decide the dates myself. This was not informed prior to the payment.

Secondly they told me that the meal voucher (₹2500 each) can be availed anytime and anywhere i just have to mail them the food bills and the amount will get reimbursed which was also not true, i get to know this when i read the terms and conditions which they mailed me after the payment.

This is too disturbing that indo shop is fooling their customers in the name of reputed banks just to sell their packages.

I got many calls from indo shop but they are blaming me that i heard wrong information. They are claiming that their staff can never say these kind of things.
I got many calls and nobody is refunding my money. They are forcing me to take the order.
Some are saying your reason is not valid for refund. And others are forcing me not to cancel the order.
