INDO SHOP fraud worth - INR 9881.

I am Ujjawal,
I got a call from someone named Bharti Senior Executive - ICICI bank.
+91-[protected] On 10th February 2025.
Just so to happen. I received my new credit card at that exact hr as well.
She said its an offer from ICICI bank to the beloved credit card user and presented all my details as validation. SHe told me I am valuable customer of ICICI bank credit cards.

Definitely some body is sharing our data with third parties. But she said again & again that she is saying from ICICI bank and card services & given following offers with INDO Shop, Delhi (ICICI bank) :

1. Two exclusive Domestic Holiday* vouchers for 3 day 2 nights for 2
adults and 2 children (below age of 5 year's) across India in over
230+ Cities, 8500+ Hotels.70, 000+ Rooms (3 To 4 star property). Member
needs to provide prior notice of 30 days with 3 different dates with a
gap of 7 days from which any one date will be confirmed. Both voucher
can be availed for Domestic Vacation. Member can not
club both Voucher for long vacation just like 5 days & 4 night or Food cash
back vouchers can’t be clubbed. Member needs to pay INR
499/- (Re-fundable) handling charges at the time of booking per Holiday
Voucher. Every property has some exclusion periods so member needs to
avoid PEAK SEASON it like Goa in December for more details please read term & condition

2. A CYG (choose your gift) Voucher. There are 8 different items
mentioned on the CYG Voucher (Laptop Bag / Hair Dryer / Power

voucher redemption process mentioned on the voucher. There is no hidden

3. A offer purchase card Complementary Discount Subscription Booklet (Card)

subscription would be valid for 1 year from the date of enrollment. This
will help you to avail up to 2% to 15 % discounts on 150+ brands. This card
is not a debit or credit card and not associated with any bank. This

4. Food cash back/re-reimbursement voucher INR 2500 which can only be
redeemed On redemption of any first Domestic Holiday voucher location.

5. Food cash back/re-reimbursement voucher INR 2500 which can only be
redeemed on redemption of 2nd Domestic Holiday voucher location.

6. ACCIDENTAL INSURANCE FOR 1 YEAR (COVERAGE UP TO 10 LAKH*) ONLY FOR ONE PERSON

I was doing my office work and they kept pushing for the payment for this.
They sent me mail with merchant portal from ICICI bank. Showing they are legit from ICICI bank and made me do the payment of 9881 ruppes.
I was really very scared to do so, but they acted from ICICI bank and they had all my details.

They are now not cancelling my order. I have called them regarding this.
I have already filed a cyber crime complaint.

I am going to file an FIR on the same and raise a complaint of GST PORTAL for fraud as well.

I request the authorities to carefully look into this scamster and take actions.
