I got a call from ICICI representative about the holiday package, along with the discount card and choose your gift offer
1. I was told on call that; that any gift you choose will be worth of Rs. 3000/-
After receiving the box, when I touched base with the Indo shop representative, I was being told that there is no such stipulated value for any gift
2. I was clearly told on call by an ICICI representative that; you can combine 2 offers of holiday package into 1 and select 4 nights and 5 days (Please listen to the recorded line from ICICI); now they're denying that this is not possible
I want to cancel my subscription (they have already started charging on credit card - Requested to cancel it or I will have to forcefully go for a legal action (Listen to recorded lines before you come back on this) Was this information helpful? |
