I got call from the sales representative saying there were on behalf of ICICI, they also promised that I can cancel my product within 15 days. Now, when I want to cancel my product, they talked to me rudely and said that they cant cancel my card. Seems like others here have had similar experiences. After all the formalities were completed they said that they were not associated with ICICi. The sales executive has made false promises and they are now refusing to give my refund.
