Indo Shop — Mis-selling and fraud transaction

Respected sir,
My self Om Khaper. I am living in wardha, Maharashtra. I got a call on 19/09/2022 from no.[protected] in which a girl named Neha said that she is speaking from SBI credit card department. She told me about a offer which is already activated on my credit card.
She said the courier will reach at my address in 5 to 6 days. And in the offer I will get. :--
1) A discount card
2) Two holidays package for family ( 2 adults & 2 children Below 5
years )
3) A Gift voucher ( contains 9 gift from which I can select any one )
4) Accident Insurance of 10 lakes.
5) Two Food voucher ( 2500 of each )
6) Invoice
Before making any payment, I said I want to cancel this offer and don't want any gift or reward. But she forwarded the the call to her senior executive named Shivani.
Shivani said i can't cancel this order and because it is already activated. She pushed to make payment and any how convinced me to make the payment of 9, 750 rs. On SBI collect website on 19/09/2022 on 12:28 PM from my credit card.
After an hour I got call from indo shop to conform the address and some details and I again asked to cancel the order but, he said the offer or package is only canceled when if the services and product that we committed to give you will be missed by us.
But then next day i went to the SBI bank to conform that the offer is given from their credit card department but they said it is not from our department and told me INDO shop is a other company.
And then I disputed the transaction and my SBI card was blocked. But the transaction was done. The officer in the bank said to make a complaint and I done it.
The complaint was done for mis-selling the product and giving wrong information on the call.
I have all the calls recorded and screenshots of the payment. I also tried to speak with the customer executive of INDO shop. But they not responding correctly and Also he said that he is in the function and try to call him later. I also send them the call recording but they ignoring it.
In the package I was not got any INVOICE which is very
important,
I collected all the information and details to report your complaint on https://cybercrime.gov.in/. and in consumercare.in and also in https://cybercelldelhi.in.
I spoken with the cyber security police officer about the girl Neha and Shivani and also shown call recording and other complaints which is on you. The officer clearly said that the details of my Credit card was leaked and the product was mis-sold to you.
I am kindly requesting you to refund my money and take your product back. I read the terms and conditions and it is little much different from the conditions you told me on the call.
