Indo Shop — Reporting fraud, selling on bank's name

I received a call on 26th March 2024 saying they are speaking on bank's behalf and offered me to buy package.
After buying package i saw that it's fraud and asked for refund they refused.
After that I thought of trying it and filled the form and send on their whatsapp number [protected], and they are asking me to post it to their address (on call they said I just need to whatsapp them)

Also, they said i'll get 15% discount but when the package was delivered, it was written 2-15% discount.

Also, in package it's written i can't book holiday in peak season, long weekends and may and june (in their earlier calls or emails it was not mentioned)

Mentioning transaction ID cause they easily say they can't find me in their database.

The loss of my hard earned money is causing me mental trauma.

I ask INDOSHOP to initiate refund.
I ask the court to please help me.
